Heavy duty sewage submersible pump has different low speed of electric motor. The actual speeds are 1440 rpm, 960 rpm, 720 rpm. So due to less speed with same power rating more torque can be produced. Therefore it is suitable for handling slurries, mud, high density fluid etc.
